Why are there no rounds?

This rule seperates the men from the boys. Fights will go quicker and there will be room for more fights throughout. Also because if you get rejuvinated every round, you'll come out hitting harder the first few seconds, but it will draw things out way too much. You rely on that rest for the duration of the fight.

Why isn't body slamming an illegal technique?

I dont see anything wrong with that. It could be essential to someones fighting style. A fighter who is big and brutish with a smash and bash mentality, those who bash their opponents brains and stomp their heads, need these techniques.
