Full Contact Match Rules

1. Hand to Hand combat only, no weapons of any kind
2. No shirts
3. No shoes
4. No breaking of limbs
5. No Illegal Techniques:
   a. Fish hooking
   b. Eye gouging
   c. Nose, ear, or hair pulling
   d. Biting of any kind
   e. Throat strikes of any kind including grabbing the trachea
   f. Strikes or grabs to the groin
   g. Palm strikes to nose
   h. Small Joint Manipulation
   i. Spitting at an opponent
   j. Spiking an opponent to the ground on his head or neck
   k. Clawing, pinching or twisting the flesh
   l. Putting a finger into any orifice or into any cut or laceration on an opponent
6. No striking a downed opponent unless the attacker and defender are on the ground together
7. Opponent may not leave designated fighting area for any reason.
8. The fight is over if opponent:
   a. Cannot intelligently defend himself
   b. Is unable to respond
   c. Says "I give up"
   d. Taps out due to a submission hold
   e. Passes out due to a choke hold
   f. Leaves fighting area more than 3 times
